Athletic Academy Football Prospect Showcase

 The showcase is open to all players who have completed first year Midget or Juvenile and want to showcase their skills to coaches at the next level. 

Coaches will have the opportunity to look at all the athletes who will be available for the 2014 season as well as the athletes who will be available for the 2015 season.

This will be the first opportunity for the coaches to evaluate players from all over Quebec, identify some unknown prospects and possibly invite them to their spring practices and camps. 

 Athletic Academy is also offering a 5 session Showcase Prep where a variety of techniques will be employed to prepare athletes for the Showcase testing section, which will include:

• 40 take off and speed work,
• Change of direction techniques for Pro Agility and L Drill
• Jumping protocols to maximize jump testing results 

In addition, we will cover a variety of agility and footwork drills that will prepare athletes for the agility and 1-on-1 sections of the Showcase.
