Athletic Academy offers a complete training experience that develops overall athleticism and exposure to the level of intensity required to be an elite athlete. 

We train all Athletes from all Sports

Athletic Academy offers training & Development Programs for athletes as young as 8 years old regardless of their skill level or experience.

        




Summer Speed Programs & Winter Athletic Development  

 

Athletic Academy will hold its Winter Athletic Development Program and Summer Speed Camp at
The Bell Complex in Quartier Dix30,
giving us the ability to run on the turf all year round.

For any athletes to compete at his highest potential he must be in shape.  Our winter and summer running programs push athletes to work their hardest so when it is game time, they are at their best.

Athletic Academy Executive Branch is for the ordinary person who is looking for an extraordinary workout

This is our adult training program that uses the principles of athletic training to give you a challenging work out that you cannot find anywhere else.

Whether you are in our circuit classes or sign up for a 2 or 3 day strength development program, you will not only get the desired results, you will constantly be challenging yourself in new ways.
